YARC & SARC Challenges

I am so happy to be participating in both YARC – Year of the Asian – and SARC – South Asian Reading Challenge. What a perfect combination and I am so happy to have more incentives to read Asian books!

SARC

These South Asian Books are ones from “India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, and Maldives” and there will be monthly chats which focus on backlist books and monthly releases! I’ll be making monthly TBRs, so you won’t find a master TBR for me here. I want to read 24 SARC books this year so fingers crossed!

Come join us!

For this month I am going to try to read: We Are Totally Normal & Once Upon an Eid

YARC

My goal this year is to read 52 books! Last year I totally smashed my goal and I want to again, but I’m being cautious. This year I have a lot more on my plate so I wanted to be realistic and attainable. Come join us! Remember to add your reviews to the monthly link ups!

This month I want to read the two from above, but also: Wolf of Oren Yaro, Minor Feelings, Every Reason We Shouldn’t & Wicked As You Wish.

Discussion

Are you participating in any 2020 challenges?

  1. Whee, so happy to see you signing up for SARC! It’s an initiative that is very close to mine and Fanna’s heart and we’re thrilled to see you participating! Did you finish the 2 books you planned to read in January?
