I will always read about a demon’s bargain. So naturally I had to read Reap & Sow. And I had such a fun time with this story about bargains, sacrifice, and love. Keep reading this book review of Reap & Sow for my full thoughts.
Summary

Reap & Sow revolves around bargains for their lives and the twists of desperation. If you are intrigued by the bargains we make with careless wording and the twists of cruelty, then you have to read Reap & Sow. These demons are not holding back and only makes the exploration of their differences, and similarities, to humanity fascinating. Reap & Sow explores this intoxicating juxtaposition of demons needing the sacrifices of humans, but also their careless cruelty from their immortality. All of this because demons are terrified of their own mortality. Reap & Sow explores the madness we would do for love, the sacrifices, and the ways it can be like a splinter under our skin.
For fans of banter and sibling dynamics, Reap & Sow is one to read. I really enjoyed Eda’s relationships with her brothers and the differences. The things we would do for our family, who also annoy the heck out of us. In Reap & Sow‘s exploration of love, we witness how important it is for us to have a partner who will fight beside us, who will look their fears in the eye, and how love can make us brave. Reap & Sow went places I truly did not expect and we love a little side kick who makes a place in our heart. I need more because that ending, that little twist of the knife? HOW DARE.
