Review: Even if the Sky is Falling edited by Taj McCoy

If you love the idea of an interconnected short story in danger of a meteor strike, then you have to add Even if the Sky is Falling. I love this recent trend with short story collections that are interconnected. It gives me a “Love Actually” vibe. Keep reading this book review for my full thoughts.

Summary

Review

(Disclaimer: I received this book from the publisher. This has not impacted my review which is unbiased and honest.)

Even if the Sky is Falling features a whole host of romance tropes that fans will devour. There’s second chances, rivalries, opposites, and more. While there’s definitely a sense of stake in this book, you can’t deny how fun it is. To watch these romances and loves blossom, even if in the face of fear, becomes stories of hope. With some of my favorite romance authors here, I thoroughly enjoyed Even if the Sky is Falling.

This short story collection is about what we would do when confronted with the end. Would we take new chances? Make amends? My favorite has to be the first story just because of how well the entire foundational premise is and I love some NASA science! This is a great gift for a romance bookworm in your life! Find Even if the Sky is Falling on Goodreads, Storygraph, Amazon, Bookshop.org, & Blackwells.
