I actually cannot believe it is almost August. Like I need a moment to calm down. I felt this way when writing my Mid Year Book Freak Out Tag, but just writing #ARCAugust is giving me a little panic. I have so many ARCs I need to read, so this couldn’t have come at a better time. As you may know, for my August Make Me Read-a-Thon I am doing all ARCs so this is actually perfect!
Without further ado, let’s get to the TBR. This will include all the ARCs for the Read-a-Thon because I do need to read those, even if they don’t get picked My Netgalley rating was the highest ever earlier in July, 93%, but now it’s back to 87%. I was accepted for a few backlist ARCs which kind of threw me off, so I’m going to tackle them this month!
These are from my August Read-a-Thon and are books which I have to read since the reviews need to be posted for them in August.
Putting it all out there, plus having to read a few books that are not here – not ARCs – makes August seem pretty scary….But I just realized I also have to read all the books that I need to read in advance for my trip home. So this seems almost impossible.

Do you also have an ARC TBR?

I definitely have an ARC TBR, which I’m hoping will go down with #ARCAugust! Good luck!
YES for motivation!
I’m so tempted to join this, but I literally only have two ARCs to read. I was on an ARC ban earlier this year and have only accumulated two ARCs since then. Super curious to hear what you think of Beasts Made of Night and The Tiger’s Watch though. Happy reading!
Which ones do you have? 🙂 I’ll let you know !
I have Odd & True by Cat Winters and The Hollow Girl by Hillary Monahan.
LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK! I read both of those 🙂
I really liked The Tiger’s Watch, and I bought a copy of The Waking Land after my arc request was rejected because it looks so good. The Jy Yang books and Goblins of Bellwater have such gorgeous covers, I’m off to check them out.
Aren’t they just amazing looking? I saw your review of Tiger’s Watch and it convinced me to put it on my reading list 😉
Yay! *feeling of power*
