We are finished with this series and ending with my second favorite of the lot! Paladin’s Faith brought it all to a close in the most fun way possible! This is definitely a series with up and downs, but certainly worth the read. Keep reading this book review of Paladin’s Faith for my full thoughts.
Summary
Marguerite Florian is a spy with two problems. A former employer wants her dead, and one of her new bodyguards is a far too good-looking paladin with a martyr complex.
Shane is a paladin with three problems. His god is dead, his client is much too attractive for his peace of mind, and a powerful organization is trying to have them both killed.
Add in a brilliant artificer with a device that may change the world, a glittering and dangerous court, and a demon-led cult, and Shane and Marguerite will be lucky to escape with their souls intact, never mind their hearts. . .
Review

Paladin’s Faith is such a fabulous series ender. Firstly, we are back with a favorite side character from Paladin’s Grace – Marguerite. It was fun to be back with this no nonesense spy with quick wits. I loved seeing her as a main character here because she was a side character with a shine. Secondly, this series ender does a great job at tying up some of these larger questions about the world. I can’t tell you about it without spoiling the book, but there are some larger world problems – mixed with Margeuerite’s quest – which make it a great ending. This has to be my second favorite of the series!

In Paladin’s Faith we love an honorable, somewhat shy, Paladin and unashamed clever woman. We are also treated to some fantastic side characters which made me laugh numerous times. There’s this steady thrum of action with plenty of sexual tension. At it’s core, Paladin’s Faith is about the burden, and possibility, of choice. I do feel like the wrap up – and even romantic wrap up – is super short though. So I just wish that was pulled apart a bit more. Overall, it’s a great series ender and I’m glad we ended with this one! Find Paladin’s Faith on Goodreads, Storygraph, Bookshop. org, Blackwells, & Libro. fm.
