Summary

I was so excited for Our Vicious Oaths before beginning and my excitement only grew when I began. I immediately liked Kadeesha and how much she wants to be taken seriously, but is reduced to her status as a wife. There are double standards, ways she has to play into expectations, and duty which requires endless sacrifice. In Our Vicious Oaths is a story about honor. We continue to walk down these paths until we don’t remember where we started. Our Vicious Oaths is a spicy fantasy which revolves around characters. Kadeesha and Malachi have to figure out where love enters the equation.
